For over half a decade, I worked alongside world-renowned neuroscientists, physicians, and thought-leaders in medicine to research and present the latest discoveries on how music and creativity impacts mental health and well-being. I've designed music wellness sessions as a safe space to help individuals and groups cope with challenges and express feelings.
I've served private wellness retreats, virtual wellness sessions for case investigators at the California Department of Public Health, and patient groups at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Unit.
